Managers: build on ideas, adjust, and refine. Feedback is given to each idea even if not implemented

Managers: don’t suggest. Goals should say no, or not yet. The clearer you are with goals, the better shot you will have meaningful ideas

Teams: generate ideas relevant to challenges and gaps encountered

Teams: prioritize ideas

Submit the most ideas

Provide the reason why an idea couldn’t be implemented

Implement the most ideas

Help a team member break down an idea

Update the goal to encourage ideas
