DEFINITIONS

Objective: a general statement of what you are trying to accomplish (Ex. I want to lose weight)

Goal: a specific statement of what you are trying to accomplish (Ex. I want to lose 25 pounds by December).  Goals are specific, measurable, attainable, relevant, and time-bound.

Metric: the measure you will use to see if you are on track to meeting your goal (ex. # of pounds lost per week)
